  • Preheat Oven to 175°C (347°F).

  • Use metal or glass pans with a size of 5 x 22cm.

  • Combine cake mix with 1 cup (150ml) water, (100ml) oil and 3 eggs.

  • Beat ingredients at slow speed for 30 seconds, then at medium speed for 2 minutes.

  • Pour into the greased or oiled pan, put into the oven for 30 minutes and bake it until cake springs back when pressed lightly at the center or when a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.

  • Store in a cool and dry place.
